While Eleventh Hour Games does not store any personal data, we do understand players may want to check what data is being used for their game account. As such, we provide personal data requests that will compile any and all data we may have access to and send to the player for them to double check.
If you wish to request a copy of your personal data, you can go to our player account profile page on the forums via the top right corner of the Forums page.
Once you have clicked on that you may be prompted to login via your Steam account and will then be brought to your profile page. On the left side you will see "Personal Data" underneath "Account Overview", click on that and it will bring you to the personal data request prompt.
An e-mail will be sent to the address associated with your Last Epoch account when it is possible to perform the download. For security purposes, the download link will only function temporarily.
If you do not download the data in time, you will need to request the download again.
Once you have received the code you will input it in the designated area.
You will then receive a notification stating that a data request has been sent and to submit a player support ticket with your Job ID Number so that the player support agent can provide you with your data request via a .zip folder.
