How do I use Offline mode?

True Offline Mode:

1. Open Steam
2. Right click Last Epoch
3. Select 'Properties'
   
4. Under Launch Options, select "Play Full Offline"
   

If for some reason, changing the above options does not work, you can add '--offline' to your launch options manually like this:
