How do I get my .log files?

When investigating bug reports, game client crashes, and other issues we sometimes require access to the log files generated by the game client. 

To get your log files:

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. In the address bar, type C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\ and replace [username]  with your username and press Enter.
  3. There are two log files saved for your latest and previous game sessions: Player.log and Player-prev.log. If the issue occurred in your latest game session, attach the Player.log file to your ticket. If you have restarted the game client, upload Player-prev.log. If you're ever unsure of which one to include, feel free to include both.
