When investigating bug reports, game client crashes, and other issues we sometimes require access to the log files generated by the game client.
To get your log files:
- Open Windows Explorer.
- In the address bar, type
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\and replace[username]with your username and press Enter. - There are two log files saved for your latest and previous game sessions: Player.log and Player-prev.log. If the issue occurred in your latest game session, attach the Player.log file to your ticket. If you have restarted the game client, upload Player-prev.log. If you're ever unsure of which one to include, feel free to include both.
